I have been playing and replaying the U2 song "New Years Day" over and over in my head all day. The lyric replaying is "nothing changes, New Years Day." Well ain't that the truth. I had such big plans for today. I was going to start the one year Bible, clean my house, finish the major remodel of my living room I started, and spend quality time with my kids. Well, Bono was right nothing does change. I slept in till past 9 while my kids watched Tom and Jerry, my house is still a mess, and I fell asleep at 8:45 tonight putting Charlotte to sleep. Sigh.....maybe next year.

Oh goodness Michelle. That's why I don't do New Years resolutions! :) Where did Pat come from? I didn't know we had snow?! How did I miss that?
Hey, my motto is: "Bono said it. I believe it. That settles it." (ha) (I also sing that song in my head every New Year's Day... and picture the video out in the snow... Larry was so young then...)
