Hope

We found out that there is one last thing we can try to bring Sterling/Francis home to our family. So.....we are in the process of trying it out. It is called Humanitarian Parole and basically we are asking the US to let us bring Sterling/Francis into the country without a visa for 1 year. At the end of that year we will return to Uganda to finalize our adoption. We are told our chances are very good of being granted Parole. But we have been told many things in this process. Still we hope. WE HOPE! I am so happy to say there is new hope in this situation. I can hope again. I don't know why, but thank God I have hope.

I think about him all of the time. I think of how big he is and how much fun we could have with him. What a wonderful addition he would be.I remember his contagious laugh. How happy Noah would be to finally have a brother. Oh, I dream about this.

But still. Not my will, but Yours Jesus be done. I want Gods perfect plan for Sterling/Francis to be fulfilled. Whether that means he is with us or not. I am at peace with this final attempt. Knowing that it is in Gods hands. I rest.
